Thanks to digital cameras, excellent phone cameras and all the editing apps, there are a lot of people out there who think they’re a David Bailey (or a Rankin, depending on your age). But good photography is only 30% equipment and 70% talent. Sometimes, especially when budgets are tight, quality is sacrificed. It’s different with illustration, because we all recognise if we’re rubbish at it don’t we? This beautiful pair of hands, used to support the opening of a new quiet room for people with mental health issues, met with great success. Peace and tranquillity shine through.
